Most tourists visiting Niagara Falls go there for the thrill of seeing the falls, getting sprayed by the water during the obligatory boat tour, visit a casino and enjoy other activities at hand.
But what of the falls themselves? Where did they come from and what is their future going to be? How did they affect the peoples who lived here before the European discovery? This talk will go beyond just looking at the falls.
Hi, I’m Tilo, a travel-loving German in Brighton. I share talks full of history, human stories and fun facts, and also run beginner-friendly tech workshops, plus occasional art and decluttering sessions to keep things varied and enjoyable.
