Barclays LifeSkills is a free UK-wide employability and financial education programme that helps people build skills, confidence, and knowledge. Whilst supporting development of core transferable skills, it also offers practical support around CV writing, interviews and career planning, alongside financial skills such as budgeting and managing money.
Designed for young people, adults, families, educators and community groups, the programme provides flexible online tools, lesson resources and virtual experiences that can be used independently or by schools and organisations.
